last 5 years spurs are already spending a lot of money.
spurs already deep in debt with the new stadium so have to manage the funds properly.
especially with the new epl financial rules enforced now

But the money spent only like for average rather than for titles leh
And they always sell their best players like
KANE , MODRIC , BALE  etc
like Chelsea dun always sell their best players ,

and offer them 2X or 3X more salary..how?
spurs will try to keep the player by counter offer but if the player insist on leaving,
then its best to let him go, if not things will get complicated.

thats why manager job the keep players happy even though its hard
like isak .. of course he wants liverpool
Tbh what newcastle has to offer
